- Booking details: traveller names, dates of birth, passport numbers and contact details — required by airlines and immigration authorities to complete your booking.
- Usage information: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
3. How we use your information
- To process and manage your bookings and share required details with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers.
- To communicate with you about your bookings and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations, including immigration and aviation requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
Your details are shared only with the travel suppliers involved in your booking (airlines, hotels, transfer and tour operators), with authorities where legally required, and with service providers who help us run this website under confidentiality obligations. Some suppliers may be located outside South Africa; by booking international travel you consent to this transfer as required to fulfil your booking.
5. Security and retention
We protect personal information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and retain booking records only as long as needed for legal, accounting and service purposes.
6. Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing. Contact us at sales@flyaway.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
7. Cookies
This website uses only cookies necessary for it to function (such as keeping you logged in). We do not use them to track you across other websites.
